Super Scrumptious Spinach and Chicken Slow Cooker Curry

Take on Popeye’s challenge of eating spinach for a stronger you.

I love spinach! I mean I really love spinach! I basically use it at times as replacement for dishes that require something leafy and green.

I love the texture and the taste of this leafy ingredient. And I just enjoy encouraging my kids to eat them while I make them watch Popeye the Sailorman. Well, I hope some of you remember him or at least have seen the cartoons even if you are not a fan. My eldest child doesn’t actually need a reminder as it is quite easy for him to eat whatever we have on the table. It’s the mostly the youngest, we have to somewhat influence and cartoons like Popeye is such a great help.

Well, this recipe is a curry recipe but you can always adjust the spiciness. Like in my case, I have kids and although my eldest likes spice dishes, my little on is still not so fond of it. So, I have to make lessen or take out the spice I add into it. You can always add more spices to make it more authentic.
