Instructions:
Lightly grease slow cooker with cooking spray.
Remove skin and excess fat from ham.
Make surface cuts in ham about an inch apart and 1/4-inch deep in a diamond pattern on top of the ham.
Transfer ham to slow cooker and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, and apple juice; whisk until incorporated.
Brush the glaze over the ham.
Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 HOURS.
If the ham is too large and can’t close it with the lid, use aluminum foil to make a tent over the ham. Cover with a kitchen towel and cook.
