The spicy and savory flavors from the sausage make the beans all more indulging. But make sure in adding salt, you do it after cooking or before serving. Slow-Cooker Red Beans and Rice
1 pound dried red kidney beans
1/2 pound andouille smoked chicken sausage, thinly sliced
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
7 cups water
3 cups uncooked long-grain rice
