A very appetizing pasta and veggie dish for a hearty meal.
My slow cooker is definitely one of my best friends in the kitchen. Well, that is aside from my oven and knives. And it is amazing how a slow cooker can make your life so easy in the kitchen and how it makes your dish super delish!
Since my family and I love variations with our meals although out the day, we make it a point to try different dishes everyday. This so happens unless we have tons of leftovers. Another factor we consider is having veggies as part of our meals. Staying healthy is always a priority both for us parents and the kids.
This recipe is one very good example. You just need your slow cooker, all the ingredients given below and then set it to cook.

CROCKPOT CAULIFLOWER BOLOGNESE WITH ZUCCHINI NOODLES
Ingredients:
For the bolognese
1 head of cauliflower, cut up into florets
3/4 cup diced red onion
2 small garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano flakes
1 tsp dried basil flakes
2 14oz cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
1/2 cup vegetable broth, low-sodium
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
For the pasta
