Slow Cooker Squash and Apple
Ingredients
- butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cubed - 1 (3 pound)
- apples - peeled, cored and chopped - 4
- dried cranberries - 3/4 cup
- white onion, diced (optional) - 1/2
- ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- ground nutmeg - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Combine the squash, apples, cranberries, onion, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until the squash is tender and cooked through.
- Stir occasionally while cooking.
